This event is a fundraiser for Pennies for Peace and is sponsored by The Five Valleys CAI (Central Asia Institute) which is promoting Pennies for Peace in the area schools. The Pennies for Peace program encourages students to raise money for Greg Mortenson's schools in Pakistan and Afghanistan (a story narrated in his book Three Cups of Tea)
